In order to boost its international brand awareness, BNP Paribas is launching its first ever global corporate advertising campaign. The campaign will be deployed in most countries around the world apart from France, where the Group’s brand awareness is already at 99% and where a new advertising campaign is soon to be introduced for its retail banking arm.
The corporate campaign will begin in November and continue throughout 2011. It comprises TV, billboard, press and internet adverts. By launching this campaign, BNP Paribas is enhancing its communication activities to a level commensurate with other major global banks.
The new campaign demonstrates that the customer is, more than ever, the main focus of BNP Paribas. The campaign’s slogan, “Keep reaching”, reinforces the message that BNP Paribas provides its customers with encouragement and support in their everyday lives, which enables them to achieve their goals.
To coincide with the launch of the corporate campaign, the Group will adopt new visual identity standards aimed at bringing more consistency to its global communications, a move that should help to improve recognition and therefore increase the brand’s awareness.
