Position Purpose

Support ISPL management teams in the understanding/monitoring of Business Lines’ cost, FSS, Operation department including headcount, expenses & allocation and providing of consolidated views to ISPL Management. Data are followed up in Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Run monthly and quarterly Cost and Headcount data in order to produce Business Lines reporting and Business review for senior management
  • Contribute to the budget process for the PM teams (Expenses, Headcount and Allocated costs) for ISPL scope
  • Monitor data inputs with local Finance teams so as to make sure there is an alignment with the global strategy and targets
  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and optimization of the tool dedicated to reports creation
  • Business partnering with ISPL managers on regular basis and contribute to adhoc requests
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision support
  • Working to synergies processes across departments and entities in India
  • Perform Trend and Variance Analysis of Financial Report
  • Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Knowledge of Performance Management / accounting concepts, methodologies and rules
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of MS Access desirable 
  • Excellent PC skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable with basic office tools (Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Industry / Domain experience

·        Experience (in a Performance Management function) is added advantage
