Position Purpose

Manage the HR Shared Services Function for offshored HR Tasks from BNP Paribas APAC/EMEA/India Location.  
Ensure all key activities are closed by the team members as per SLA ( TAT)
Ensure all the controls are in place and followed across all the process
Will be required to be a team player and should have strong communication skills and experience in handling offshored tasks in HR relating to Employee life cycle, Learning and Development, Data management etc.
Maintain all SOPs as a real-time document and share updates within the teams.
Take initiative of any project which would help in streamlining the process within or outside the team

Responsibilities

The candidate should have good hands on experience in MS Office and preferably on HR Tools such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Leave Management.      
To ensure that the migrated tasks from APAC/EMEA/India locations are managed efficiently. The client expectations are managed and timelines for delivery are adhered to.
The role of the member will be to support the delivery of excellent recruitment services to the hiring manager in line with agreed service levels.                               
Liaise with donor location / other stake holders on a regular basis
Generate monthly dashboards and publish to respective stake holders / senior management.

Handle administrative tasks for various processes within HR Shared Services: 

A.    HR Solutions:

i.     Update HR systems i.e. create new hire records, maintain life cycle of an employee / Data Changes, Transfers, Terminations etc.
ii.    Prepare employment certificates based on the nature of requests received
iii.   Managing employee queries / Case Management Tool
iv.   Reference check for ex-employees
v.    Prepare MIS reports

vi.   Managing Mailbox and keeping track of each cases timely basis.

vii.  Maintaining real time tracking for the cases received from the stakeholders.

B.    Learning and Development:
i.     Course Administration (Session Creation, Proxy Enrolment, Cost Breakdown for each in-house program)
ii.    Process evaluation forms of training for in-house courses
iii.   Data entry for training records
iv.   Query Handling
v.    Prepare training reports
