Position Purpose
· To work as a senior business analyst on different Trade Finance products including Supply Chain Finance
· Prepare BRD, FSD from user stories and explain the same to development team
· Co-ordinate and manage team and different stake holders involved in the project
· To work with Bank’s core architects and IT security teams to ensure policies and guidelines are adhered
· Work with different IT teams, and other divisions to deliver system solutions.
· Conduct and/or participate in the requirement gathering, solution design and formulation of an overall solution design.
· To develop sturdy and flexible solutions that can be re-used
· Explain the rationalized propose solution and feedback changes to the development team.
· To ensure that work products are of highest quality and on time
· Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems in order to meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.

· To work as a senior business analyst on different Trade Finance products including Supply Chain Finance
· Prepare BRD, FSD from user stories and explain the same to development team
· Co-ordinate and manage team and different stake holders involved in the project
· Strong analytical, debugging and testing skills
· Expertise in SWIFT, PLSQL, JDBC, XML, PL/SQL Stored Procedure, Oracle
· Expertise in Data Analysis /Business Analysis with Banking SWIFT domain and Payments system
· Knowledge of MT payment messages (ideally MX as well), as well as Cash management messages.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Primary
o At least 6+ years of experience in understanding of data flows between applications in a banking environment ( functional/ Technical)
o At least 6+ years of experience in Trade Finance products including Supply Chain Finance, file layout for exchanging payment and SWIFT transactions, with ideally some Linux command line / scripting skills to be able to manipulate / parse / combine files.
o Very strong data analysis / BA skills ( advanced excel, technical and functional documentation and testing)
o Knowledge of MT payment messages (ideally MX as well), as well as Cash management messages.
· Secondary
o Experience with Oracle PLSQL
o Experience in Java, XML parsing and basics of shell scripting
o Experience with Scrum and Agile
