Who We Are: Wealth Management Information System (WMIS) is a function that manages the Information System on behalf of Wealth Management Global Asian & International Market (GAIM) and acts like partner and IT Assets provider for Domestic Sites.

What we do: Management on behalf of the Business & Partner/Asset provider.

Where we Are: Our teams, located in Singapore, India, Switzerland, Portugal and France, develop and maintain the IT Assets that support WM Business.

Position Purpose

As a team member of the WMIS/Initiative Team to support the team’s objectives:

·         Reinforce ADM Transversality (Prioritization, Business Alignment).

·         Reinforce ADM Program Mgt Capabilities (Capacity to Estimate).

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Clarify and perform critical and constructive analysis and, where appropriate, compare the business needs against the entity’s strategic plan.

·         Perform comprehensive analysis of requirements in liaison with business entities to understand and analyze their needs. Design solutions with IT Domains, gather cost estimates from each contributor, assess impact on capacity planning to propose possible timelines and evaluate risks to implement the solution.

·         Maintain a close relationship with Business stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with IT Services, fostering communication between IT teams and with their clients.

·         Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Quarterly Agile Planning, Sprint Review) to monitor project execution progress to ensure commitments are met.

·         Collaborate with business to re-prioritize demands based on sprint retrospective exercises.

·         Report and analyze IT demands KPI (time to market, client satisfaction, project deviations, incident & problem management, etc). 

·         Help to improve demand management process efficiency based on lessons learned and peer feedback.

·         Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the wealth management industry. Continuously monitor client needs and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services.

Contributing Responsibilities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         Ability to collaborate and work as a team player.

·         10 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in the wealth management sector, with a deep understanding of investment products, portfolio management, client servicing, and securities execution.

·         Solid knowledge of wealth management industry trends, including regulatory requirements, digital transformation, and evolving client expectations.

·         Knowledge in end-to-end Payment System knowledge (exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement) and Client and Account data management.

·         Knowledge in functional domains of core banking: Securities processing and custody, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Fees & Taxes, Regulatory reporting.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
