About Business line/Function :

IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology.

Cash Pooling is a key enabler product within the overall cash management products suite and solutions / value proposition. Two main products are proposed to our customers : Physical Cash Pooling and Notional Cash Pooling. The two assets are currently maintained in the Tribe Global Cash Pooling which works within the Agile@scale principles. The Tribe is cross-Entities (IT PS, Fortis, ISPL) and cross-borders (France, Belgium and India), it also allows different profiles to work together : Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and also Stream leaders, Chapter Leads etc.

In response to the technological obsolescence challenges and in order to support Strategic Plan 22-25 ambitions on Cash Pooling offering, business and IT Cash Management launched New Cash Pooling project to revamp the two current Cash Pooling assets into a single platform more performant, urbanized and scalable with state-of-the-art technology

Position Purpose

This position is for Functional Business Analyst / Testers for IT systems on Payments and Cash Management for the BNPP Group.

This Position Involves

·       Functional testing conception based on requirements and tests strategy.

·       Functional testing covering executing the functional and regression tests using Manual and Automation methods.


Direct Responsibilities

·       Understanding testing principles and practices 

·       Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases/test plan

·       Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams

·       Should have good analytical skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Must be flexible, independent.

·       Perform other testing-related duties as required

IT Skills & Behavioral Competencies

Skills required – At least few from below on Business Analysis

·       Experience in Payments and Cash Management Domain testing ( Manual Or Automation )  – 2 to 5 years

·       Experience in Agile methology is a Plus

·       Working Knowledge of at least one Database (Oracle/MS SQL), 3 tier architecture, Web application servers, and basic UNIX is a plus.
