Position Purpose

KPI Reporting team is in charge to produce dashboards and reports to the regional/local Business, Management, Operations and Functions, for CIB APAC GB scope (12 sites):

·       Operations monitoring: volumes per business lines / products / territories, STP rates, eBanking rates, productivity benchmarks…

·       Transaction monitoring: with Pn countries and for client KYC recertification

·       Regulatory reporting: contribution to recurrent regulatory reports for local Central Banks, quarterly reports for MAS and yearly reports for AML/CFT purpose, for HKMA, for US FED and French ACPR

·       Business reporting: outstanding CTS exposure, RWA for Trade Finance and Supply Chain, Cost to Serve…

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Produce key reports for Client Engagement and Protection and Business (CTS exposure, Transaction Profiling reports, Pn dashboard feed…)

·       Maintenance/ Enhancements of the ETL tool (Informatica) used to pull, transform and load the data from source applications to our database

·       Ensure requests from business users including technical and functional queries are answered on timely manner with qualified inputs

·       Develop scripts in Python to source, load and transform data and maintain the existing programs. Focus on automation initiatives to reduce the manual activities

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Contribute to projects whenever necessary (Compliance and Business projects), involving Power BI dashboards creation/maintenance and the feeding of the dashboards developed in Python language

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• 4-5 years of experience in ETL, reporting, business intelligence
• Expertise in Informatica, SQL and Oracle
• Knowledge of Python and PowerBI is preferred
