Position Purpose

The purpose of this position is to work on projects in Client Marketing and Life Cycle Management division.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

–  The developer’s primary responsibility is to help build and maintain a robust web application.

– Participate in full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support.

– Work with BA and Tech Lead to understand functional requirements and provide technical solutions

– Responsible for proper documentation of technical specifications.

– End-to-end responsibility to deliver the code in all the environments: DEV/SIT/UAT/Prod.

– Participate in functional testing with the testing team in SIT and Users in UAT.

Contributing Responsibilities

– Contribute to support activities.

– Ability to analyze, debug any code issues.

– Raise the issue to the team lead or higher management in case it involves risk to the project timeline.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

·       8+ years of experience on building and maintaining datawarehouse/datamart.

·       Sound experience in Enterprise Architect/Solutioning particularly on Data transformation, ingestion.

·       Expert knowledge of metadata management (DataModel) and related tools.

·       Sound experience in Teradata

·       Hands on experience in Oracle/PostgreSQL

·       Hands on experience in UNIX commands and shell scripting

·       Familiar in design and development of business intelligence solutions.

·       Familiar with Cloud and API technology.

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Ability to work in fast-paced environments

·       High level of professionalism, patience and maturity

Good to have –

·       Experience in Wealth Management / Private banking

·       GIT, BIT Bucket, Jenkins

·       Data Analytics

·       Kafka

·       Autosys / Job monitoring related tools
