Position Purpose

Part of BNPP Wealth Management, the candidate will be in charge of a team responsible for all production services (SDM)..



Direct Responsibilities

·       Budget & resource capacity Management

·       Team Management (organization, backup plan, recruitment, skill management, training..)

Team Responsibilities

His team responsibilities are as below :

·       Major Incident Management & Crisis Management (Prod & Non-Prod)

·       Problem Management

·       Change & Release Management

·       FinOps & Capacity Management

·       Obsolescence Management

·       IT Continuity Coordination

·       Server Inventory Management (CMDB)

·       Service Management (stakeholder management)

·       Production Audits

·       Continuous Service Improvements

·       Enforcement of bank production policies, procedures & guidelines

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Mandatory skills and behavior competencies

•                     Team management skills

•                     Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.

•            2+ years’ experience as Manager
