About Business line/Function:

The OPS PF within IT Group Production is in charge of the Production of Personal Finance entities in France and International.

The challenge for the OPS teams is therefore to make every effort to ensure the production of Business PF applications with the highest level of Quality and user satisfaction, in line with the requirements, rules and ambitions dictated by the Group’s IT.

Since 2021, the group and the PF entity have migrated their ITSM tools to ServiceNow,

In this context, it is necessary to have within each entity a ServiceNow developer certified in ability to develop and maintain in operational conditions the generic interfaces and the IT service catalog.

Position Purpose

The main activities of ServiceNow Developer on behalf of PF Worldwide:

    – Development and maintenance of generic interfaces between Personal Finance and ServiceNow group repositories

    – Operational maintenance of the IT catalogue

    – Development of new queries in the catalogue

    – API development (interface);

    – Support on RUN ServiceNow governance

    – Creation of steering dashboard

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Key role in ServiceNow governance for FP group
  • Responsible for the development and operational maintenance of generic interfaces between the Personal Finance and ServiceNow group repositories.
  • Responsible for the development and operational maintenance of the IT service catalogue
  • Relations with all entities internationally (cultural enrichment)

 

Contributing Responsibilities

·         Contribute to the knowledge transfer with Paris OPS teams

·         Contribute to the definition of procedures and processes necessary for the team

·         Help build team spirit and integrate into BNP Paribas culture

·         Contribute to incidents analysis and associated problem management

·         Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation

·         Contribute to continuous improvement actions, especially the lessons learned from handovers to Paris

·         Contribute to the acquisition by ISPL team of new skills & knowledge to expand its scope

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         ServiceNow Competencies: Minimum 2 years of experience is required with minimum SYS_ADMIN certification

·         Technical skills:

·             – Development and maintenance of generic interfaces between Personal Finance and ServiceNow group repositories

·             – Maintenance in operational conditions of the IT catalog + Dev environments, particularly as part of the upgrades

·             – Development of new queries in the catalogue

·             – Support for the RUN catalogue/ knowledge/user criteria ServiceNow activity

·             – Creation of steering dashboard
