IT Payment Services department is the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology. In addition, there are several services to deliver direct value to the bank’s customers.

Position Purpose

This position is for Junior technical Analyst for Global CRM team associated with ITPS group within BNPP

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Work in an agile environment by participating in tribe’s agile rituals in the “agile at scale” organization.

·       Work with Product Owner, Production support teams, Business Analyst, Solution Architect to provide

o    Support/resolve issues in the existing applications deployed in production.

o    Root cause analysis

o    Suggest solutions

o    Create Knowledge database on repetitive issues

o    Create Job cards for tracking and replication resolution activities

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Team player

·       Effectively communicate work and delivery status

·       Adhere to timelines set for delivery

·       Open to new technology adaptation, learning and implementation within the project.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Skills required

·       4-6 years of IT Maintenance/Support experience

·       Expertise and substantial hands on experience on Shell scripting (Linux)

·       Expertise on monitoring applications hosted on Linux 

·       Exposure/Understanding to web Test Tooling (i.e. Protractor / Selenium)

·       Good understanding of GIT, Sonar

·       Experience in providing support to applications that used Kafka

·       Build and Deployment automation (Jenkins, Ansible is a nice to have)

o    Make propositions/solutions to monitoring tools/Strategies

·       Understanding of Docker & Kubernetes,

·       Exposure to Oracle, SQL ,Teradata

·       Exposure to Dynatrace and other monitoring tools

·       Experience in providing support to applications built on tech stack that include core java 8, 11, 17 that includes SDK in IOS/Android mobile OS.

·       Understanding of Agile Workflow

·       Working Knowledge on JIRA/Service Now
