About Businessline/Function :
ISPL ECM Shared Services is a collaboration and document management platform used by all business lines and functions globally in CIB as well as by BPSS & Cardif. The users are distributed globally across multiple regions. It is based on Microsoft SharePoint 2016 technologies.
The ECM SSC has been formed as part of BNP Paribas India Solutions to support all developments around the Sharepoint platform as well as Docstore API Platform. The major activities undertaken by the resources can be summarised as below :
Estimation and Planning (Content Management, Information Architecture, Strategy)
Custom application Development
Migration from SP2013 to SP2016 and also from other content management systems to
Sharepoint/S3 via Docstore APIs
All SSC ECM are grouped into ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) and APS (Application Production Support) teams, and are geographically located in Paris, Mumbai and Chennai. The Development Team members are responsible for the enhancement and maintenance, while, the Production Support Team members are responsible for the on-going support and maintenance.
The development team works as part of a shared service centre alongside the business analysis team to specify and design new features and changes to existing functionality before undertaking development and test of this functionality.
The support team works alongside the development team to provide an end-to-end support escalation capability, for issues that require additional expertise of the SharePoint application/Docstore/OCR/eSignature APIs.

Position Purpose
Overall 5-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst acting as an interface between users/sponsors and IT teams. Business Analyst provide CIB’s business line documenting the requirements and translating it for the IT teams to build the processes for Enterprise Content Management.
The key skills are as mentioned below:
1- Strong experience to manage the end to end development cycle, Agile & Scrum
2 Good experience in the areas of .net, SQL server in terms of data base design, performance improvement, PL SQL, SQL
3- Participate in Design / Architecture discussions in building new systems, Frameworks and Components
4- Sound knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban

· Performing user acceptance testing.
· Write specifications for IT team
· Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

· Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
· Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

· Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
· Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
· Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
