Payments Cash Management cluster is responsible for managing payments, billing platforms used by corporate clients. The platform encompasses multiple internet/intranet applications (both web based and mobile applications), and backend applications for channels, payment solutions, reporting, and client billing.

Position Purpose

This is Business Management position for Central Payments and Cash Management IT cluster within Global Banking IT in ISPL. Payments and Cash Management (PCM) IT cluster within GB IT is quite big covering around 200 HC. PCM IT in ISPL works for many regions which requires lot of reporting covering Financial, Man-days, Budgets, Assets etc.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Clarity management for resources, timesheets, budgets
  • Close follow-up of the resources time-tracking
  • Invoices Resolution and validation within Onecapp and keep track of Invoices / cost
  • Invoices follow-up and maintaining the related management file
  • Production of the monthly acrcuals and receivables
  • Monthly estimates calculation and preparation.
  • Monthly gap analysis performance (vs previous month and vs budget/forecast YTD)
  • Maintaining master files / Historical Budget related information
  • Budgets preparation, monitoring and controls
  • Managing various stakeholders for any budget related information /reporting
  • Preparing regular reports link to Budgets covering financial, Head-count, man-days, assets etc
  • Preparing various Dashboards link to Budgets/Finance
  • Regular meetings with Stakeholders (CIO, Domain Heads, PMO) giving them updates on budgets within defined frequency
  • Keeping track of various assets of the department

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

  • Very Good knowledge of MS Excel / Words
