ISPL FSS is set up as a Shared Service Centre and works on an Extended Plus model, within a defined governance structure. It is a Global hub and delivers services to CIB/BOW Finance teams across the geographies. It is organized by 7 work streams and provides services across 29 countries.

Position Purpose

    The main objective of the Care Officer is to support the Management of EMEA platform in the set up and development of the workforce, working closely with the Human Resources departments.

    The People Matters Officer is responsible for projects related to main areas: Talent Sourcing, Learning and Development, Internal Mobility, and for supporting employees and managers in those areas

    Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities

    Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

    §  Support the implementation of organisational transformation and collaborative work.

    §  Suggest new Finance HR strategies.

    Staffing and On-Boarding

    §  Coordinate actions of Manager, Buddy, IT, Facilities.

    §  Control the realization of intermediary checkpoints during the trial period of newcomers.

    §  Collaborate on the integrations of teams.

    §  Monitoring of contract end dates (internships and external consultants)

    Control and Monitoring

    §  Maintenance of employee databases.

    §  KPIs production and analysis.

    Working hand to hand with Local EMEA HR Departments

    §  Collaborate with HR team to implement new HR programs within EMEA Platform.

    Administration of the yearly Survey for EMEA Platform: lists, campaign, reporting of results and respective communication/analysis
     

    Contributing Responsibilities

    ·       Role will also require an individual to work with Transition management team on projects, billing and other transition related deliverables i.e. create presentations for senior management, provide support on creating RACI, TOM, project plans etc.

    ·       Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

    ·       Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholder

    •         Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references

    Technical & Behavioral Competencies

      ·       Educational background: University degree 

      ·       3-6 years of overall professional experience in relevant area

      ·       Having some previous experience in HR/Finance is a plus.

      ·       Experience of working in an international environment would be a plus.

      •         Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated.

      Specific Qualifications (if required)

      •        Confidentiality is mandatory 
      •               Strong planning and organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines
