Position Purpose

The CIB ITO CTO Office is focused on development and deployment of robust governance for all internal and external third-party services globally. CIB ITO CTO Office, Third Party Assurance Lead’s responsibilities includes but not limited to:



Direct Responsibilities

§  Work with Performance & Efficiency team to develop data referential centrally for CIB ITO I&P third parties.

§  Collaborate with CIB TPRM ISPL SSC and TP-TRM (CCCO) to ensure risk assessments are conducted as per standard process.

§  Prepare/assist contract owners in Arrangements input/updates in Risk360.

§  Ensure third party process gaps, issues are reported, tracked, and remediated in timely manner.

§  Organize a quarterly review as part of the governance on IT sourcing and ensure relevant KPI and highlights are reported in the governance meetings.

§  Foster knowledge sharing, develop and administer educational series around outsourcing risks, regulations, and governance to Global Domain Heads.

§  Maintain comprehensive documentation of periodic service review meetings for critical third parties. In relation with contract owners: Ensure regular meetings are conducted with vendors in line with procedures. Ensure supports and minutes are properly available for audit trail. Escalate to governance any observed issue.

§  Establish & run robust operational processes with eye for detail.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

A successful candidate for this position will have the following:

§  Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services and/or managing programs and initiatives in risk and control functions

§  Understanding of third-party framework, outsourcing risk, and new technologies

§  Good program management and communication skills background working with multiple stakeholders from different business lines, functions, and regions

§  Experience in maintaining strong KPIs, KRIs and other critical metrics that support frequent reporting and presentation to management

§  Demonstrate excellent analytical rigor and logical thinking with a continuous process improvement mindset

§  Self-disciplined individual who can analyze complex issues, drive resolution, and diligently track progress on the status
