About Business line/Function:
The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector, that leads BNP Paribas to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience. Within IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, you will be part of a Reporting and Dashboard factory, located in Chennai, dedicated to GRC (Service Now) perimeter.
You will play a key role to develop Dashboard an Self-BI platform in Chennai, ensuring core Cyber Security activities are performed by all the entities of the Group.
Security Business Analyst

This position is part of the IT-Security team which is serving all entities of the BNPP Group in Germany and Austria. We are looking for a Business Analyst with an experience who shall be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
§ Excellent knowledge on IT-Security processes
§ Manage end to end activities related to Penetration Testing. (plan, request, schedule, stake holder management, follow-up, and closure).
§ Skills on stake holder’s management and interpersonal skills.
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills on process documentation.
§ Animate workshops and meeting, write meeting minutes, follow up actions.
§ Prepare related documentation (functional design specifications, RACI, standard operating procedures, business workflow, user manuals…)
§ Follow up the requirements formalization with stakeholders, transition to production organization, write release notes.
§ Create and maintain the project planning, identify risks, and handle them.
§ Provide regular project updates (meeting minutes, follow-up on action plan).
§ Ensure proper escalation whenever required.
§ Coordinate with teams and prepare weekly & monthly dashboards.
§ Prepare documentation for adaptable process.
§ Plan, schedule, communicate, follow up & closure regularly for the penetration testing activity.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
§ Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
§ Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI.
§ Strong process analysis, mapping, and design
§ Experience in project management and business analysis
• Knowledge on Agile methodologies
• Knowledge GRC solutions is a Plus
• Write process documentations for IT-Security processes handled by ISPL (e.g.: penetration testing, security incident management, vulnerability management)
• Collaborate and communicate with different stake holders to produce deliverables
• Tracking of progress and deliverables on a regular basis
Specific Qualifications (if required)
· SCRUM/Agile methodologies and practices.
· Experience on ITIL Framework.

§ Certification like CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP could be added advantage.
