Position Purpose
Part of BNPP Wealth Management in ISPL India, the position is created to handle Application Support activities. Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities in shifts
Responsibilities
As a team member of APS , you will have to :
· Provide L2 Application support to Front Office users
· Adhere to Service Level objective target
· Ensure adherence to APS support roster in terms of mailbox, webportal and hotline
· Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues.
· Prioritize and deliver outstanding service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business teams
· Review and create application Support knowledge articles.
· Capability to analyze system / middleware / application logsand identify potential issues
· Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
- Part of 24/7 production support team (i.e Shifts/Weekend/Public holidays)
Direct Responsibilities
· Provide support to Wealth management users on their application issues
· Respond to alerts and escalations made to the associate
· Weekend Health checks when there are application upgrades & infrastructure upgrades

· Total 7+ years of overall IT experience.
· Total 2+ years of experience in Java/SQL development.
· Prior development experience is mandatory (java / sql)
· At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support) IT Production Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
· Good to have someone who has experience in KYC applications
· Functional knowledge on Private Banking or Asset Management
