About Business line/Function:

At PI Germany IT Solutions we provide modern development services and IT products that our consumers can use. This includes Frontend Applications like Web, Mobile or other fat client applications and furthermore, we develop and maintain necessary middleware applications and API products which can be used by internal or external customers.

In addition, we integrate and maintain 3rd party components, products into our solutions and providing additional services to business departments to archive the overall business objectives of BNPP PI Germany

Position Purpose

Overall purpose

Administration and further development of local PI ServiceNow platform as well as integration and harmonization of processes with global BNPP ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

–          Maintenance of local PI ServiceNow platform (updates, adjustments, new modules)

–          Harmonization of local PI ServiceNow and integration in global BNP ServiceNow

–          Operation of incoming tickets dealing with ServiceNow (incidents, problems, changes, requests)

–          Development and enhancement of both ServiceNow platforms (Service Catalog, Dashboards etc.)

Contributing Responsibilities

–          Act as an ambassador of ServiceNow for PI Germany

–          Support local PI teams in all topics of ServiceNow

–          Provide reports on request

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

–          Deep architectural knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

–          Expert handling of all aspects of ServiceNow

–          Profound knowledge of ITIL core operational processes (INC, PRB, CHG, SR)

Specific Qualifications (if required)

–          ITIL Foundation (or higher) mandatory

–          At least one proven ServiceNow certification in the areas of Architect, Developer or System Administrator
