About Businessline/Function :
Within CIB Production team for IT Trade Finance Application Production Support team in ISPL, the Level 2 Support team ensures the support of all the Users requests of front , Middle & back-offices applications Filenet, Ivision & Connexis Supply Chain. These applications are used in the whole world. The Level 2 Support team relates to the coordination and the Production support, User request re qualification until the deployment and associated maintenance. The job function is techncno functional in nature as it require a functional sensitivity in order to understand the needs and the importance of the communication and coordination with the different users and functional teams in Paris.
Support of Java, Oracle, Unix, Tibco / Filenet based application, Proficiency in Autosys, Service Now & Geneos or equivalent tools,
