About Business line/Function:

Trade Finance business relates to the International Import and Export business. In this we provide different financial instruments for the importer and exporter to mitigate the risk involved in International Trade. Some of the products, but not limited to these are “Letter of Credit”, “Bank Guarantees”, “Supply Chain Financing (Payables and Receivables)” etc. BNP Paribas is one of the top international transactional banking provider. At ISPL we provide IT solutions for Corporate as well as Retail clients of the Bank.

Position Purpose

This is Transversal / PMO position for Trade Finance IT team within Global Banking IT at ISPL. Trade Finance IT team is close to 180 HC and this role will help in managing and planning the budget, yearly phasing plan, governance meetings and project reporting related needs. The team in ISPL works with many regions which required lot of reporting covering Financial, Man-days, Budgets, Assets etc.

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

  • PMO activities as presentations designer on powerpoint
  • Deliver attractive presentations with impacting and efficient messages
  • Documentation designer/manager on sharepoint
  • Sharepoint content management from design & technical perspective
  • PMO activities for transversal KPI monitoring
  • Managing various onshore / local stakeholders for Quality KPI (Project quality) followup with the PM in charge
  • Preparing various KPI Dashboards
  • Regular meetings with Stakeholders (Asset Managers, Domain Heads, Onshore PMO) giving them updates within defined frequency

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Team player.
  • Effectively communicating the work status and delivery status.
  • Adhere to timelines set for the delivery.
  • Co-ordination with various stakeholders locally in BNPP INDIA for any reporting
  • To co-ordinate with SLA team in BNPP ISPL and with regions for SLA’s for Global Banking
  • Backup the current PMO KPI monitoring activities
