Position Purpose

The Tech Lead Developer would be responsible for development on two main Applications MIRO and BIV, Supports the application development and as well as testing. As a tech Lead you will also lead the two developers (one by application) on best practices in BNPP ITG context and support them with the. Technical challenge they will face. 

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities:

·       Enhancements & Maintenance

·       Software Development and Testing

·       Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from BA.

·       Liaise with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications.

·       Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received.

·       Work closely in a “one team” approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables.

·       Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression…) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams.

·       Provide support to operations from a technical perspective.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical:

·       Primary / Mandatory –

–  JAVA (8 and higher)

–  Angular (Angular 12 and higher)

–  PostgreSQL (42.2)/Oracle (19c)

–  Kubernetes and Docker

·       Secondary –

–  Scripting (PowerShell / Perl / Unix)

–  Automation (Autosys)

Behavioral:

·       Ability to analyze requirement specifications, and from them, design and develop reliable, robust and sustainable IT solutions.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Master’s degree

·       Fluent English

·       French is a plus
