About Business line/Function: 

Client Engagement and Protection IT (CEP IT) encompasses applications for Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC, Customer Relation Management, Service Request Management, Referential and Data Quality, Shared Services Center, PreTrade Transaction Screening and Anti-Money Laundering and global HT Functions. Technologies being used include Java, .NET, Angular, Informatica, Power BI, Fenergo, Siebel, Actimize, Camunda, Drools on private cloud infrastructure. Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used. Landscape includes projects that are a mix of established and some under transition to new platforms

Position Purpose 

The purpose of this position is to on-board candidate who will be able to assist the Head of CIO Management Office for all Finance matters of the Cluster at Global level.

Hired candidate would be part of the CIO Office at ISPL and below is concise summary of position:

o   Finance Actuals Monitoring of the CEP IT cluster (Global)

o   Remediation plan to establish and to put in practice with all the Regional Finance SPOCs

o   Accruals Formalization (France Metropole / UK Local Finance)

o   Invoice Settlement

o   Ensure monitoring of Re-Invoicing to corresponding non-CIB customers

o   Active participation to the Budget exercise of the cluster (Globally)

o   Ensure coherent and accurate Landing for the Cluster (Globally)

o   Active Participation to the Allocation Key Internal processing

o   Investment and Depreciation Control (Formalization of Depreciation Ladder, Write-off strategy)

o   Generate monthly reports and distribute the same to the internal stakeholders. 

o   Active Participation in the CEPT IT Finance Governance of the Cluster

CIO office provide support in the alignment of the CEP IT to the IT Group & CIB IT Governance principles.  

Responsibilities 

Direct Responsibilities 

Actuals Monitoring –  

o   Co-ordination with the global teams on Actuals Management (Cash P&L)

o   Investment and Depreciation Management (at Cluster-1 Level)

o   Ensure of creation and simplification of the invoicing process and allocation keys 

o   Co-ordinate and ensure invoicing and rebilling to non-CIB Customers 

o   Ensure a proper end to end process monitoring for invoicing and rebilling. 

Contributing Responsibilities –  

o   Help the team in charge to manage the SSC Reinvoicing

o   Facilitate the SLA Management within the CIO Management office as and when required.

o   Global Reconciliation across Systems and act as a backup for the SLA POC at ISPL CIO Management team

Technical & Behavioral Competencies 

·       Strong Finance Knowledge base to help lias with the Global Finance POCs

·       Strong interpersonal skills – Able to interact with people at all levels of the business, a good team player with an ability to multitask with effective time and priority management. 

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and PowerPoint

·       Attention to detail, Clear & concise, to-the-point communication. 

·       Self-driven, comfortable in operating with a large level of autonomy. 

·       Ability to work well under short deadlines at times.
