Position Purpose

Within the Wealth Management IT Hub, the WITT – Wealth Management IT Transformation Program is seeking 2 hands-on and proficient PMO that will assist the Program PMO in monitoring the Transformation’s activities across Europe and Asia.

The main missions of this PMO consist in but are not limited to the list provided this after.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

A)       AUDIT TRACEABILITY:

·       Responsible for maintaining a documentation log to ensure compliancy and auditability of the Program’s documentation library; ensure these documents are stored on the dedicated Sharepoint space.

·       Responsible for Sharepoint management and animation: Site maintenance (cleaning, documentation update, planning maintenance, etc.)

B)       RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

·       In charge of monitoring the Program ramp-up in India and producing adequate reporting

C)       PROGRAM ADVOCATE

·       In charge of creating a WITT Newsletter to be shared internally (frequency to be defined)

·       In charge of creating an on-boarding pack to be systematically delivered to new staff (internal & external)

Contributing Responsibilities

A)       PROJECT MANAGEMENT: 

·       Assist Program PMO in monitoring and automatizing the reporting pool, including:

·       Streams and assets progress

·       Capacity plan per stream

·       Reconciliation between micro planning tasks and monthly time tracking

·       Micro planning per asset and per stream

·       Assist Program PMO in structuring and streamlining reporting templates (For operational use or managerial use)

·       On request, assist Program PMO in delivering high quality dashboards to top management, be pro-active and autonomous to propose automated and superior data visualization templates

·       Collaborate with each stream:

·       In agreement with Program Director and as requested, assist the teams with their PM needs

·       Contribute to streams needs in term of formalization and project follow-up

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical skills :

•        At least 7 years of experience in Banking Industry, as a “hands-on” Project Management in a technical and international environment

•        Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, etc)

•        Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Power BI

•        Ability to automatize and create reports and use of Dataviz tools

•        Excellent delivery and time management

Soft skills:

•        Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

•        Self starter and autonomous in initiating and driving tasks in a short time frame.

•        Pro-active

Nice to have:

–      Experience in large scale projects / program is a plus

Experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
