Atlas2 is core-banking system. We support for 9 regions of APAC, NAR and European countries and system operates on EOD/EOM batch processing on data from its petals system. It is interfaced with infocenter, which is used for reporting.

Position Purpose
This position requires to involve in budgeting activities, MIS reporting, IT Project, BCM activities, Governance, preparing necessary packs for Global Steerco meetings and also involves admin activities.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Active involvement in Budgeting/Finance tracking
• Create weekly, monthly and yearly budget reports for sponsors / senior management
• Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure
• Liaise with finance for tracking and reconciliation of invoices for reporting to stake holders
• Creation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status reports/ dashboards for Multiple Regions/Applications
• Coordination and communication with the projects teams and management
• Prepare & Maintain processes & procedures (SOP ) for Core Banking Team
• New Joiners Initial Setup Management
• Responsible for tracking performance of team as well as performance against SLA’s of each site.
• Preparing Operational committee pack and monthly performance pack
• Liaising with Vendor management team for contractor/HR on resource management
• Creating, updating and maintaining department inventory / software licenses
• Maintenance of BIA / BC Plans, Call Tree List, Call Tree Test Reports
• Articulate and Summarize the Minutes of various meetings in a clear and concise manner
• Manage seat locations / Assets and admin support activities
• Ad hoc Reports creation using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other office tools

Contributing Responsibilities
• To analyse, and propose new systems to improve the work of the departments
• To successfully develop new systems and dashboards based on analysis and user’s requirements
• To solve incidents and work on day to day requests pertaining to development team
• To create Business Objects reports and automate business reports for the departments and regulators
• To plan, execute, monitor, control and manage IT projects
• To improve the IT security and reduce the operational risk by being proactive and anticipate incidents and issues
• To prepare project and systems technical documentation and User Guides, End user training and support
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
