IT DIGITAL MARKETPLACE role is to manage the display, ordering and consumption of all kinds of IT products and services to all BNP Paribas collaborators for all entities in a single application. Assists with the transformation of traditional IT asset management towards creating customer-oriented products and services that can be delivered automatically, monitored, billables. contributes to the continuous improvement of those digital offers by empowering producers with management tools, usage data and customer feedbacks

Position Purpose – Mission

The Team Leader of the ISPL IT Digital Marketplace team will be the cornerstone between the headquarter team based in France and the local teams in India.

Is mostly involved in the operational activities of his/her scope and oversees the day-to-day activities of his/her team.

Act mainly as an expert and operational relay to his/her management, team and peers.

Create a clear and stimulating climate for staff to operate under best conditions.

Dedicated a minority stake of his/her time to managerial activities (operational steering, recruitment, career management, appraisals, objectives).

Does not deal with CRP process or disciplinary topics

Responsibilities

–          Coordinate ISPL Marketplace local teams; Development; QA; Data

–          Understand IT Digital Marketplace business activities, missions and purposes and understand the customers expectation to give instruction locally

–          Guaranty the quality of the local team

o    Ticket correctly managed and delivered on time by the development team

o    Test plan correctly executed by the QA team

o    Data dashboard correctly managed and delivered on time

 

Direct Responsibilities

–          Attend DMP operational meeting: report status; sprint planning; demo; weekly data; dedicated ISPL meeting.

–          Maintain task list and monitors activity reports

–          Manage as direct report the different team:

o   4 developper

o   3 QA

o    2 Data
